Lucca.P was born from the idea that Children should look like children.

My aim was to create clothes that were fun, feminine and age appropriate. I have specifically sized my garments to cater for girls up to the age of 12 as my market research identified the difficulty parents of girls over 8 have in finding beautiful feminine clothes that still embody the innocence of childhood.

As a parent I know that it is not always easy for mother and daughter to see eye to eye in the clothing department, so Lucca.P is aimed at both mother and daughter. Fun and pretty for the little princesses and demure enough to keep grandmother happy.

All materials are practical with attention to detail, a lot of hand embroidery, bright colours, long flowing skirts and 100% cotton blouses.

The winter 2007 collection was inspired by the movie Pirates of the Caribbean and features frilly details, parrots and bright colours.
